Temporary Ad Break

After a redirect ad, a short timer may start in about 1–2 seconds. During that timer, ads should not appear — and here is what we do not promise.

Not permanent. Not guaranteed. Not a forever “fixed” feature.

The countdown is short and optional. It may not start every time. We do not offer permanent ad-free access, and we do not promise this timer will always work the same way forever.

Why Textivo shows ads

Textivo’s text and developer tools stay free with no signup. Advertising helps cover hosting and keep tools like the word counter, JSON formatter, and space remover available to everyone.

How the temporary break works

  1. Allow ads for textivo.online so the site can load normally.
  2. Use tools as usual. If a redirect ad opens (popunder / new tab), a short countdown may start within about 1–2 seconds (about five minutes long when it activates).
  3. During the timer, ads should not appear (redirects and banners). You can keep editing with fewer interruptions until the countdown ends.

When the timer should NOT appear

  • Just opening the homepage or a tool (no ad redirect yet).
  • A quick tab switch with no ad open.
  • When an ad blocker prevents ads from loading.

After the timer ends

  • Banners and redirect ads can return so the site stays free to use.
  • Fullscreen tool mode hides nav, footer, and side banners so only the tool is on screen — that is focus mode, not “ads forever off.”

What we do not promise

  • No permanent ad-free account or “remove all ads forever” guarantee.
  • No promise that the timer will always start or always last the same length.
  • No promise that this feature is permanently fixed or will stay identical forever — browsers, ad networks, and site needs can change at any time.

Privacy

Formatting and cleanup still run in your browser. Using Textivo tools does not mean your text is uploaded for processing because ads are present. See our Privacy Policy.

FAQ

Is Textivo completely ad-free?

No. Textivo is free because of ads. A short temporary break may pause ads when conditions are met — it is not permanent ad-free access.

When does the countdown timer appear?

After a real redirect ad opens, the timer may start within about 1–2 seconds. It should not appear just because the page loaded or you briefly switched tabs.

Will ads appear during the timer?

No — during the temporary break, Textivo tries to pause redirect ads and page banner ads until the countdown ends.

Does the timer always work / is it permanently fixed?

No. It is not guaranteed on every visit, device, or session. We do not promise it will always work the same way forever. Ad networks, browsers, and site needs can change.

Do side banner ads disappear during the timer?

Yes. While the timer is active, side and page banner ads are also paused along with redirect ads.

What about fullscreen tool mode?

Fullscreen focuses on the tool only — page chrome and side banners are hidden there. That is separate from the temporary ad break timer.
